Tl* the contact owns a 2008 infiniti m35. while attempting to accelerate from a stop, the accelerator pedal was depressed and the vehicle stalled. the contact was able to restart the vehicle. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that a belt in the engine needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. the manufacturer was notified. the contact was aware of nhtsa campaign number: 13v430000 (vehicle speed control). the failure mileage was 169,000.
