Making right turn to park the car in a parking lot with foot on the brake throughout the turning process. as the turn was completed, vehicle surged forward quickly and collided with a tree. the car was completely destroyed. it happened third time. first two times, the car accelerated when my foot was on the brake, but i could control it. the car was brought back to the dealer for check up and inspection. after checking the car, dealer found no problem and did not take any corrective action except for adjusting the idle time. updated 02/07/12 *tr
The steering on the car pulls left or right when stopping depending on the road pitch. i took the car into infinity for service. the service man said nothings wrong all infiniti's do that. i am not happy with that because you can easily get into an accident if the car pulls into the other lane. this seems to me like some sort of defect in the steering or braking of the car. *tr
I have a 2008 infiniti m35 sport that i am having a safety issue with. the car pulls when braking if there is the slightest imperfection in the road. i have to hang on to the steering wheel to prevent it from traveling into the next lane, which at times is almost impossible. i have had infiniti inspect it many, many times since i purchased it but they decline to acknowledge the problem. i feel this is a serious safety issue and do not know where else to turn.. i purchased the car in may 2008. *tr
