Tl* the contact owns a 2006 infiniti m35. the contact stated that the front driver side door would lock and fail to unlock without warning. the dealer diagnosed that the actuator failed and needed to be replaced. the contact had to disassemble the door and replace the actuator. the front driver side door was repaired. the failure recurred on the front and rear passenger side doors. the contact was unable to unlock the doors. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. the approximate failure mileage was 98,000. updated 04/26/16*lj updated 11/21/2017*js
