I was driving my 2006 infiniti m35x home sunday night and it began to stall on me while driving. the car wouldn't accelerate and the brakes locked on me. i was on the freeway going about 70mph when this happened. the steering wheel wouldn't turn anymore and i began to panic as another speedy vehicle would potentially rear end me and maybe even kill me. i put my emergency lights on and called for help. my fuel gauge read about a half tank full of gasoline. i had a friend bring me gas to see if that was why this car wouldn't start anymore and unfortunately it was the problem. the fuel gauge was not working properly and i could of got myself killed in a big accident that way. idk what to do! the warranty is not valid anymore and i do not have money to fix this issue. please help! *tr
Took car to infiniti of santa monica, ca for routine 30,000 mile service. they returned car to me with a ticking/ knocking noise coming from engine. they told me it was from the fuel injector cleaner they added to my car. took car back to them 3 times in one day and finally refused to leave until they repaired it. they say i need a new engine due to a manufacture defect. i never heard the knock in 30,000 miles, i never heard the knock until i drove out of infiniti of santa monica, ca. car only has 30,000 miles on it. *tr
I purchased the 2006 infiniti m35 from approval one, laplace, la on 3/16/2012 . i was not shown a carfax report. it was financed by asi federal credit union for $16,000. the car would stop in the middle of traffic. i received a recall notice on the car sensor and brought the car in per letter. i was then told that the camshaft sensor was the problem and not related to the recall. the transmission began to have problems shifting gears and i brought the car into ray brant infiniti and was told a part on the transmission was the problem. that would cost me $2,300.00. i decided to trade in the car on 8/2/2014 and was given a carfax report showing structural damage, airbag deployed, and the car had been in an accident. i was told by several dealers that no one would take the car relating to the damage. i reported to asi federal credit union. as a result, i have a car not fitted to be on the highway transporting my family in and am responsible for paying $16,000.00 this car should not be on the highway. *tr
