The vapors from the cracked dashboard have created a safety issue. the inside of the windshield continuously fogs up creating a visibility problem due to these emitting vapors. have no clue if they may be toxic, however, the emitting vapors are a visual safety hazard. the vapors are continuously emitting whether the vehicle is stationary or moving. the cracked dashboard is the problem.
