There was no incident. my concern is that a automobile should not have to have new rear brakes pads and refinished rotors at only 20,000 miles. i consider this situation as a serious defect in this particular model. i have driven many cars and have never had to replace any brake parts as soon. usually, the front brake wear first. the brakes were becoming very poor and i had to have them serviced for safety reason. i would hope that you would check into this as i really feel that it is important that the general public is aware of this apparent defect in the brake system on this model. thank you. updated 01/20/11 *bf
