The passenger side windshield wiper keeps falling out. also, every time when i use the wipers only have the passenger side window is cleaned prior to the wiper falling out of the holder. if i am in town and notice the wiper i will get out at a stop light to fix it but most of the time i am driving at 65 or more when the wiper falls out of the holder. this happens every week sometimes multiple times a day.
