The fuel gauge quits at various times, reading zero and the low fuel light comes on. it seems to be a relay problem in the instrument panel. the off duration is getting longer and is not realted to fuel tank level nor to vehicle movement. shutting the ignition switch off and then back to on will usually cure the problem. some times when the fuel gauge comes on the level rises very slowly, taking several minutes to reach the full level with the tank full.
