Takata recall - i received a letter dated july 2016 informing me of this recall. i have contacted the ford dealer ship several times asking when this was going to be fixed and was told that it probably never would be. i went to ford.com and did a chat with an agent that fed me canned responses that told me there were issues finding a supplier to make the parts and there was no where to escalate the issue and i would receive a letter in the mail when parts were received. i am very concerned by fords negligence in dealing with this recall. how can they send me a letter saying if i am in an accident my airbag may kill me and not do anything for a year and a half to resolve the issue. how can i get help in getting this recall completed?
