This is the 4th notice l have received regarding the problem with my airbags. i have taken my car to ed butts ford in la puente ca 3 times and they cannot get the parts. i am a nurse and sometimes have to transport patients. this is very dangerous and ford will be responsible for anything that happens. i have waited well over a year and if you can't repair my car then you need to buy it back

Takata recall i have received a recall notice which instructed us to not use the passenger seat. i have been getting the recall notice for about a year now and the issue is still not fixed. until the most recent notice instructing not to use the passenger seat, ford has never communicated the severity of the issue and put us in danger. with over a year of the recall, ford refuses to provide a loaner vehicle. since this is a coupe, it has essentially become a one seat car now. previously, with the driver seat air bag, ford only issued the recall notice when the parts to fix the issue were available, which i think was to avoid providing loaner vehicles.

The passenger side airbag was recalled couple of years ago but ford is yet to provide a recommendation to replace the airbag.

Takata recall i attempted to trade in my 2010 ford mustang and the dealer was offering me 4k less for my trade because of the recall the dealer stated that they cannot resell the car because their is no remedy for the recall. there is currently no remedy for the passenger side takata air bag recall and i can not trade my vehicle in because 4k less for my trade is putting me too far out of equity on my vehicle. since their is no remedy for the recall and i am unable to trade in the vehicle because of the recall, i am being forced to drive in an unsafe vehicle.

Takata recall received a notification for replacement of my passenger-side airbags many months ago, saying that i would be notified when the part was available. i never received a notification of availability, so i just called the dealership and was informed that ford *still* hasn't released this product for replacement, so i am still unable to get my passenger side airbag replaced.

Recall right air bag i have contacted the dealership (several times), in which, i purchased the vehicle due to the notification that takata has filed chapter 11. dealership was extremely pleasant and read ford's statement concerning the situation. basically no one has an answer. i stated that there was law suits due to the seat belt incedents / ruptures that caused deaths and i am afraid of that situation myself. this has prevented me from driving this car i love and purchased. please help.

Takata recall-received recall notice 7 months ago and dealerships still don't have the parts to repair my vehicle

I was given a notice that i had both the passenger and driver side air bag recalls that needed to be fixed. this was back in the fall of 2016 and they installed a temporary solution that doesn't bring any ease to me or my passengers. i am still waiting for notification that there has been a part created or any notification that my car will be fixed any time soon.
