Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford fiesta. while driving at 45 mph, the vehicle stalled and the gear shifter failed to shift from neutral. all the instrument cluster warning lights were illuminated. the vehicle was towed to bill hood ford (1500 n morrison blvd, hammond, la 70401 (985) 205-8157) but was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was not contacted. the failure mileage was 108,130.
Ford fiesta 2012 has several problems with the transmission, first the car jerks around and makes a horrible noises. then the car shuts off randomly while driving. this car is a safety hazard. stalling and jerking around is not what a car should do. plus both backseat latches both broke and the doors were unable to close.
Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford fiesta. while driving approximately 25-30 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. the contact was able to restart the vehicle; however, the failure recurred. the vehicle was taken to winner ford (250 haddonfield-berlin rd, cherry hill, nj 08034, (856) 428-4000) to be diagnosed, but the mechanic was unable to retrieve a fault code or duplicate the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the contact stated that the failure recurred four times. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 90,000. *as
I saved for three years to purchase a car. and trusted the ford name. my 2012 fiesta, with 60,000 miles, is shuttering and missing when i stop and go. it takes awhile to get going and jumps. i made an appointment with the dealership after hearing about ford motor company telling their dealerships to fix the issue. after i got to the dealer i was told i would have to pay $120 for them to even diagnose the problem. and that ford may cover anywhere from nothing to everything. it could be 1/3, 2/3 of the cost. they would decide. i haven't had my car for 3 days. it's just sitting at the shop waiting on ford motor company to 'decide how much they will cover, if any'. i am infuriated!
I was driving down a city street in my friend's 2012 ford fiesta i noticed a weird smell, i kept going about a quarter of a mile til i reached my destination. my friend gets in the car he noticed the smell . i looked out the windshield and i see a lil smoke coming from the hood, all the sudden alot of smoke comes out . i pop the hood shut the car off and get out of there . my friend runs and grabs fire extinguishers him and another man try to open the hood it won't open you could see the flames coming underneath the car then there is a pop . they take a shovel beat on it enough to open it enough where they could put the fire out. thank god they were there,no one got hurt. i am enclosing pictures of my car, my friend didn't have full coverage insurance so he's without a car right now . all this happened within 10 min.it was very scarey, i'm glad i stopped at my friend's place because i might not have made it out in time.we didn't make a police report nor did we call the fire department .a piece of the car was laying on the ground after the fire.the hood release burned . that's why we couldn't get the hood open . i am sending pictures after the fire . the car lights and the security system still works and it started right after, we turned it off right away
Power shifting clutch issue. ford sold me a defective motor upon sale. then they tried to buy my car for 1k instead of fixing it
Terrible shuttering from the transmission, i had to bring it to the local ford after i changed the battery, it wouldn't shift thought the gears. so they changed the transmission control module and the solenoid's, 4 months later my fiance was driving down the high way and the car looses all power (steering, braking, e.c.t) i take it to the local ford dealer it takes them 32 days to get back to me to tell me its going to need a new transmisson witch cost $4,800 to fix a $7,500 car and there's nothing they can do about that. knowing that this is a major problem for these vehicles. car just rejects fuel and fuel pumps randomly.
Recently my fiesta has been shutting off while driving. it is a manual transmission and i am not stalling. it happens most often while driving at low speeds or switching gears. it is very dangerous and scary.
This car has been a disaster from day one. the transmission issues that ford is aware of have almost caused numerous accidents. the car bucks and carries on all the time. while stopped for a red light you push on gas and it doesn't move them all the sudden it darts into traffic. about 6 months ago low beams stopped working and nobody knows why. then 2 weeks ago all the sudden car overheats and within 2 minutes dies causing $2000 worth of damage. im told these are common and im lucky it didn't catch on fire. what's next. fyi, the lights still don't work which causes a safety hazard. why is this car not recalled??
This car haa trouble going the speed of traffic. it takes very long to gain speed as well as break and also jerks uncontrollably.
I took my car to a ford dealership to take action on recall 14m01. they replaced the clutch under warranty and returned my car to me. a day later my car flashed a check engine light while i was 45 minutes away from home on the highway. codes that came up were addressed & the vehicles condition worsened until it went fully into limp mode while returning from an attempt to restart the computer.
This ford fiesta has many problems i have spend over 1300 dollars this car has many safety issues. the doors poped open while driving this car. i contacted ford and the representative was not caring she stated it's out of their warranty . i explained to her that the doors came open with my two year old in back seat in a car seat could have fell out. i also told her the car stopped in the middle of the road. it's something wrong with the transmission on this car. this vehicle is not safe and i would like this looked into. i was traveling on a highway all american in fayetteville nc.
Ok when i gotten this car i took it to get repaired 4 times my door latches are broken so when i drive a door flys open without me even knowing i only had this car for a year now i had one accident because of my door unlocking tryin to hold it close so i can pull over and i gotten it fixed before for one door now i have another door or the right side causing the same problems also when i press on my gas it stops when i'm not even in park and that also caues a problem
We have a 2012 ford fiesta. when we are driving the car ti shakes when it goes to change gears, it is an automatic. we've taken it to the dealership many times. the dealership used to tell us it was the mass air flow sensor. they have cleaned it and replaced it. the car continued to have the issue. i took the car into the dealership and told them to check the clutch assembly. they did and replaced the clutch assembly saying that was the problem. the car drove decent for about a month then we went back to the problem of losing power in the middle of an intersection and then accelerating too fast after the loss of power. now the car will rev up when in park and continues to have the shuttering problem. the dealership seems to not know what is going on.
Yes when i turn on my car it makes a little noise on the engine. and also when i driving the car it makes it louder and the transmission slipped on the first gear it doesn't run properly at all... cause i have other car and it runs real good no problems at all.. well thanks i hope they will help me
I bought my 2012 ford fiesta in 9/2015 with approx.16,000 miles on it. since i purchased the car, it has been in the shop 5 times (one of which for 26 days). #1 was due to the door latch. my 10yr old was sitting in the backseat when the right side door swung open while i was making a turn. #2 was due to the transmission. the car was having trouble shifting gears & began shaking, then the lights inside & out started blinking and the car completely shut off while i was driving down the highway. #3 was for the transmission again, which locked up while i was driving down i75 in naples the evening of 12/28/2015. the car completely locked up and had to be towed in the middle of the night. #4 the transmission again. while driving north on i75 the car started making a strange whinny noise then shortly after locked up while i was still driving. that time i barely made it off to the side of the highway. car was towed again to dealership. #5 transmission...again. while driving at 11:30pm at night 8/2016 car lights started blinking on & off and then the car completely shut off while i was driving. managed to be able to turn it on again and drive it to the dealership...where it stayed for 26 straight days. tomorrow will be #6...due to transmission problems...again. car is making whinny noises again, shaking and having trouble shifting gears, temperature light is coming on and a/c is not cooling anymore. tomorrow i'll be getting an attorney as well. *tr
Car stalls when driving, usually when foot is taken off gas pedal, ie when coming to a stop. thought it was because of a fault with the ac compressor (which has been a problem since the car was new). compressor was replaced in july and car was still stalling so returned to dealer on 9/16/16 and was told it was the electronic throttle body failing. was told it was an 'uncommon' issue. did research and found the 'customer satisfaction" (recall) of over a million ford vehicles for this issue, but of course not any fiesta's. have just found multiple complaints for the same vehicle as mine with the same issue. i will be contacting ford directly but based on my experience trying to get my deductible waved for the ac repair i don't expect much. they are the worst company for customer service.
I was driving on hwy 301 and water coolant light came on. i stopped a few feet at first station. water was pouring out my radiator. i got a tow and tow truck driver said mine was third car in a week this happened to in statesboro ga area. plastic fan broke went thru radiator and blowed the head gasket. repair man said probably in 3 seconds flat. two weeks before had oil changes and day of emergency checked all water and oil before leaving home. i am a widow and this is gone cost me around 2,000 and i am in bankruptcy. i just wonder if this is a recall or should bed. my warranty is out but i only have 66,000 miles on my car and thought it was last lots more years. is there anything you can do to help me. i really love my car but its already had a transmission recall and lock recall which i was fixing to get fixed. transmission has been fixed and i get 32 miles to gallon in gas which is terrific. please just check is this needs to be a recall and let my mechanic know at southside automotive in jesup ga and his number is [xxx]. i really feel ford motor should recall on this and my car should be paid for so your business will be what its suppose to be a good american business that does whats right. *tr information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).
Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford fiesta. while coming to a stop, the vehicle began to rev while in neutral at high speeds. the vehicle would decelerate intermittently as if it would stall, but then suddenly began to accelerate. the failure recurred while driving approximately 30 mph. the contact depressed the brake pedal, but the vehicle failed to stop until the anti-lock brakes were activated. the dealer stated that the electronic throttle body failed and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the part for the repair was on back order. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that the repair was no longer under warranty. the vin was unknown. the failure mileage was 62,143.
Driver side doors lock. passenger doors do not. car won't start. battery is good. fuel is good.
Many times with in the last few months my ford 2012 feista will just turn off while driving, it does not matter if its hot or cold, flat driving or mountain driving.the car really does not perform well in traffic situations, and the failure occurs more during stop and go type of driving. when this happens the engine malfunction light will turn on. at that time you have to turn the ignition switch off and restart the car, sometimes the signal will turn off, sometimes it does not. this failure has happened in the middle of intersections, on the freeway or just driving through town. the car will shutter sometimes before it shuts off, or just starts to stall. when this happens i am able to move to the shoulder or pull off the road to restart the car. this failure of the car just stopping while running while has a high potential of me being in an auto accident. since this failure happens at any time and cannot be predicted i take my life and my families lives in danger every time we get into this car. i can only take guesses at what the problem is, it could be the fuel injection, transmission, or some type of engine misfire. i have had nothing but problems with car since we bought it. i have read many complaints of this type of failure for this vehicle when reading reviews. it is my hope this issue can become a recall or that ford will take action.
Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford fiesta. the contact stated while driving approximately 65 mph, the vehicle stalled. the transmission malfunction and check engine warning indicators illuminated. the vehicle restarted after several attempts. the vehicle was taken ford of ventura, ca where it was diagnosed that the transmission control module and the clutch needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. the manufacturer was notified of the failure and advised the contact to contact nhtsa to file a complaint and have her vin included in the recall. the vin and failure milage were not available.
When car is stopped or driving the transmission feels like it is going to slop. feels like it is going to stall. went t dealership and they said this is normal. this is not normal. jerks and feels like chocking when driving or stopped. when accelerating jerks and feels like the transmission slips and isn't shifting. went to dealership several times and they will not look into this. looked online and noticed several forums and other people having the same troubles with the car. needs to be corrected as it is a safety issue. expressed. concern with dealership that it was having troubles that it was either the transmission but looked at me. like i did t know what i was talking about because i'm a chick.
Today, 1/19/2016 is my 6th visit to ford dealer service since 2014 august. my car has been towed in to service location with condition of transmission shudders excessively. i was not able to drive the car with a in-operating transmission. it is very sad, i do not feel safe to drive the vehicle no more than 15 miles if i can. transmission and clutch has been fixed for 3 times. every time i have talked to ford customer rep. they are telling me i should be okay because they extend my transmission coverage to 100.000 miles. should i toss my car after 100.000 ? i definitely do not feel i can make it to 100.000 without an injury!!! will company wait until someone get injured for a buyback policy? who is responsible for the time i spent on the issue?
I've already reported on this site before regarding my 2012 ford fiesta with clutch failure (in december 2013 at just over 32,000 miles). recently my car was acting sluggish and i made an appointment a few weeks from when i called (when an appointment was available). then one morning while trying to start my car it died and refused to start. i had it towed to ford, and it had a transmissional control module (tcm) failure which i guess caused my transmission to fail/engine not to start. this was at 48,000 miles. they fixed it and returned the car to me on 11/7 but the clutch still doesn't feel right. my car shudders, shakes, and has trouble kicking into gear which makes it feel dangerous to drive especially in city traffic or in the hilly areas of colorado. i just had the clutch replaced at just over 32,000 miles and now at 48,000 miles it's giving out again!? it's crazy and it was just at ford. i'm about to take negative equity on my car and get a safer car for my commute and for winter. i feel bad for who buys it next but i need a car that is safe to drive. i've been holding out hoping for nhsta and ford to do the right thing and recall the cars/buy them back since ford still does not have a permanent fix for these issues (3-4 years later and they still manufacture the cars the same way so later models have issues too!). i'm shocked that nothing has been done. after my last scare and fearing that i won't be able to get a good trade in value on my car for a new one if i wait i think i'm done. my next car definitely won't be a ford
Ford fiesta 2012 transmition shakes everytime i go from stop to first and second gear, it vibrates and hesitates horrible, and the dealers keep saying it is "normal" even though i test drove a new ford fiesta and it does not have the same issue. i really do not know what to do now. i would not be able to sell it like this, and it can not be repaired because it is "normal"!
I bought the car less than 5 months ago and have driven it 2,580 miles. the transmission and clutch are defective. it has been to the shop 3 times, they have already reprogrammed it, replaced the clutch and now they are replacing the transmission control module. the car has not shifted right from the day i bought it. it feels like it is going to "stall" when i'm in reverse (in motion), or when going from stop to go. i have been braking on numerous occasions, when it decided to upshift, lurching the vehicle forward, once into a crosswalk, once very close to another vehicle. this is very dangerous. it never drives the same way twice. when entering traffic, it doesn't always want to shift properly, and has lack of acceleration or a delay. it shakes, hard sometimes (in motion and stationary), it feels like you are in a massage chair. it makes a weird clicking noise, at times (in motion.) other times a weird grinding noise. today it wouldn't get out of 1st gear (in motion) and had to be towed back to the dealer. i had to call out of work and i am concerned for my safety. car bought 7/72015 - problems have been going on until today - 12/7/2015
Radiator ac condenser cooling fan will short out and catch fire without warning. extensive damage..
This vehicle has become dangerous for the third time since i have owned it. the transmission won't engage properly when pulling out from a traffic light or stop of any kind and i have been almost broad sided more than once. i cannot make it through the intersection without the transmission jerking and the car stopping long enough to be dangerous. also, it makes a metallic sound and feels as if it is grinding. i am still paying for this vehicle and it is sitting at a ford dealership for the third time. this time, ford will not return my calls and the dealership tells me that the parts are back ordered and another customer has already been waiting for two months for his to be fixed. please help me get a safe vehicle to drive!
At at stop light making a left turn the car failed to accelerate. i hit the gas and nothing happened. the car was still running but did not move. i had to turn the car off and restart it. twice. the same thing happened on the highway about 15 minutes later after traffic came to a stop. the car has a voluntary recall to fix the trans but the parts are not available. i have been waiting over 2 months for the parts.
Several recalls for different parts have been issued since the purchase of this car. the transmission does not engage all the time causing the car to jerk and move forward quickly without notice and cause damage to the car. go up hills the transmission has cut out before and then shot forward as previously described. door latches can and will come open allowing for the door to open while the car is in motion. this vehicle is not safe and now i am stuck with it. *js
Since i bought this car in dec 2012 i've had this problem, it's now 2015 still the problem is not fixed. so far this is my 3 recall letter i'm receiving for my vehicle. recall 14m01, recall 12c26 and now recall 14m02. and through this website i found out there's a recall about airbags? while in low speed the car jerks, stalls, it makes a rattling noise, and sometimes when i park it turns off. i commute everyday to la so i'm stuck in traffic most of the time, so i'm the car shaking when it's time to merge. i've gone to ford dealership 3 times already to try to get this fixed, but still no luck. it will be ok for the 1st day but it just goes back to the same shaky car. i don't know what else to do. now i'm going back to with this 14m02 letter to try to get this problem hopefully fixed. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford fiesta. the contact stated that the check engine light and the power steering light illuminated on the instrument panel. the vehicle was taken to the dealer. the technician diagnosed that the battery needed to be replaced. the technician reset the system and the steering resumed normal operation. the failure mileage was 100,793.
Transmission sputters on take off shaking car and slipping on incline, also transmission slips on cruise control at 70mph. dealer refused to give rental for this even though we have an extended warranty. also told that they will only reset computer and the problem will never go away completely. in other words ford has no permanent fix for this problem and should be held accountable for still selling these autos knowing it has a serious transmission problem and not disclosing it to the consumer. the consumer is being ripped off. when will someone demand they recall these autos????? *tr
After 13 days of owning the car, the car began to make grinding noises and would shudder when shifting in low gears. the noise and shuddering was so bad that i was afraid to drive the car. took to dealership and clutch is needing replacement. according to www, this is a very common problem and often progresses to the car suddenly accelerating. this is a dangerous issue and should be treated as such. i find it appalling there has yet to be a recall... *tr
When i am at a stop sign or stop light my vehicle if i don't have the brake on securely i will roll a bit backwards until i put my foot on the break. as well as when i start to go at a light or stop sign the engine will sputter out while i put my foot on the gas peddle for the fist time since stopping. then the engine will catch itself as i let off the gas peddle and then re-attach my foot to the gas peddle. there is a sputter grumble noise that happens at this time and a jerking movement you feel as the engine catches itself. like the tranny is too low or something.
My vehicle was having trouble changing gears and felt as though it was going to die at the intersections. i took my vehicle to the dealership where they performed a "reprogram pcm and tcm". within a month of this repair, my vehicle was exhibiting the same issue! i took it to a dealership in phoenix, az and it took almost 5 weeks to get the new transmission delivered to the dealership due to the part being out of stock with the numerous requests for new transmission on this year vehicle. i had to fight with the dealership to keep the rental car i was provided with. they continually called me requesting i bring the rental car back although my vehicle was not yet repaired. i have been having continuing problems with my car and took it in to the dealership today for yet another recall on my transmission and was told it would take approximately 3 days to perform and that ford will not provide me with a rental vehicle while my repairs are being performed. how can a company sell a car to consumers with a knowingly defective transmission and not be accountable to the people that purchased this vehicle in good faith? i can not believe that the safety commission is not holding ford accountable and making them reimburse and rectify this safety hazard. i have made my entire family aware in writing, should something happen to me in this vehicle, they are to proceed with a law suit! how many people need to be injured before this vehicle is recalled??????
The vehicle had an abnormal idle while at a stop, and would sometimes stall. upon acceleration the vehicle would hesitate and jerk forward. i took the vehicle to the dealership to rectify the issue. i was told that the mechanic cleared the code for the check engine light, but the internal wiring harness needed to be replaced, on a car that was a little over 2 years old. the internal wiring harness was not covered under any type of warranty. the repair was completed at a cost to me of $245.99. less than 2 months later, the vehicle was having the same issues, abnormal idle, stalling, and hesitant and jerky accelerating. again, i took the car back to the dealership for repair. this time the dealership replaced the transmission and clutch front seals, input seals, and axles seals, changed transmission fluid, added 2 quarts of transmission dual clutch transmission fluid. this repair was covered under the ford 5 year, 60,000 mile power train warranty. about 5 weeks later i was still having the same issues, abnormal idle, hesitant and jerky acceleration. again, i took my car to the dealership. this time i was told that the throttle body was bad and needed to be replaced. with no choice, i need to get to work, i told them to go ahead with the repair which once again was not covered under any type of warranty. the total for this repair cost me $720.26. in less than 3 years i have had to go to the dealership for major repairs 3 times and spent just under $1,000, plus the inconvenience of rental cars, days off of work, and the general annoyance of knowing my new vehicle has major mechanical issues. *tr
I bought my 2012 ford fiesta during may 2014 with 23,279 miles on it. it has given me nothing but problems ever since i bought it. problems i have experienced are: intermittent shuddering when taking off, loss of power when accelerating, jerking and hesitation when accelerating and electrical issues affecting the radio. i have nearly gotten into multiple accidents due to the loss and hesitation during acceleration, especially when passing cars on highways and pulling out into intersections. i have brought it back multiple times to be fixed and the only thing that has been fixed is the intermittent shuddering due to a new clutch they put in. i am still experiencing loss of power when accelerating, along with jerking and hesitation when accelerating and electrical issues affecting the radio. i dont know what to do as i keep bringing the car back without getting it returned fixed. i do not feel safe in this car, as i fear for my life along with the lives of others on the road. however it is the only car i have.
Vehicle shutters, grinds, rattles, and jumps when vehicle reaches 20 mph or higher. i have brought it to the dealer several times...they claim its "normal". it is the transmission which is causing all the problems. ford has verified it but basically told me to "turn up the radio and ignore it". the grinding is loud and sometimes when attempting to accelerate the vehicle will hesitate then the rpms will jump very high almost to 6000 before the vehicle speed increases. this car is a death machine on the highway. i am scared that it will cause an accident because i am not able to accelerate without issues or without the transmission jumping around all over the place. this vehicle needs to be recalled before people die. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford fiesta. the contact stated that the vehicle stalled and shuttered. the check engine warning indicator illuminated. the vehicle was taken to a dealer, but the failure was not diagnosed. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the failure mileage was approximately 14,750.
Tl* the contact owns a 2012 ford fiesta. while accelerating after being at a stop, the vehicle shook. the vehicle was taken to a dealer where the technician was unable to determine a failure. no repairs were made to the vehicle. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 15,000.
After 6 months i started having vibration/ transmission slippage issues. i took it back to the dealer and they fix the transmission fluid leak. six months later the problem persists. the car was repair 3 times for the same defect. now is 20,120 miles still have the same problem, and the dealership where i bought it don't want to repair it anymore. *tr
I'm filing this complaint against ford motor company concerning my 2012 ford fiesta the vechicle has severals recall 0n it about the transmission i have put the vechicle in the shop six times since i purchase the vechicle in 2013 the vechicle jerks/shudder/climb up hill slow/roll back on hills/i almost been in several accident because of this vechicle i was driving on the freeway/stop on a hill vechicle roll back almost bump vechicle behind me
Car started grinding, crunching, and shaking, and had difficulty turning, accelerating, and going up hills. car was brought to a ford dealership and mechanics were told by owner that there was a transmission problem. mechanics reset transmission, but did no further work. car continued to make noises, shutter, and jolt. was brought to another ford dealership on december 2014 when car was sputtering at stops. mechanics replaced entire transmission when 23000 miles only. *tr
This vehicle has had consistent transmission shudder and engine rattle upon acceleration which affects the the initial acceleration of the car. the sporadic delay in initial acceleration has been an ongoing safety concern. most recently the vehicle almost stalled completely after beginning to accelerate into a merge. there was a few second delay in any movement or power to the car. luckily there was no one coming at the time or this vehicle malfunction would have caused a serious accident. my car has been in to a ford service center 5 times for this complaint and it is still not resolved. i am also concerned that ford knowingly replaced the clutch and seals in my car with malfunctioning parts. apparently newly engineered parts were produced as a patch for this issue. either the old parts were used to fix my car, which would be quite an egregious safety issue, or the newly engineered parts are still malfunctioning. either way i do not feel that my ford fiesta is safe to be on the road and ford has not adequately address this issue to resolve the matter.
I purchased the car in march of 2013 from the first week i owned the car i have complained that the car: shudders and gurgles at take off with no power what so ever, going up a steep hill has no power at all the car gurgles and then once it catches the car lunges forward very fast, when breaking there is a loud noise and the car shudder, the rpms rev high at take off. 1st appointment i was told it was a new transmission system and it had to learn the way i depress the gas. 2nd, 3rd, 4th appointment same thing....5th appointmentclutch reset to re-learn the shifting patterns.....6th appointment - clutch replaced. called to ask what to do because its not fixed. i was advised to call ford customer care that maybe they would give me a loaner car so the dealer could keep the car longer....6/22/15 - i called ford customer relations i was advised to bring it back to the dealership and call ford customer care back to let them know what the diagnosis was...6/30/15 - the clutch was reset to re-learn the shifting patterns, and was advised there is nothing wrong with my breaks...6/30/15 - called ford customer care with the diagnosis, was advised that the dealership is doing the steps to repair this issue per ford. asked to speak with a supervisor...7/2/15 - supervisor called, informed me that i did not qualify for the buy back program, that the dealership is doing exactly what ford is telling them to do and that i can buy a new car and mention the customer loyalty ford fiesta program to receive money towards my new purchase. i asked to speak with someone higher up; she advised me that she would have someone call me but that they are going to tell me the exact same thing...7/6/15 - waiting on a call

Car started to jerk while trying to accelerate. and car started to turn off at red lights. and need to be started up again to get going . *tr
Major issues with the transmission system, including rolling backwards after coming to a stop, hesitating when shifting, clunking and chattering when shifting, responding slowly when accelerating, feeling like the transmission is searching for the correct gear but cannot find it, and the rpm spikes and drop when shifting. two software updates for the transmission and two replacements of the clutch have been made within the last 1 and a half. *js
