I was driving my 2018 f350 crew cab dually deisel traveling at approx. 55mph down a hill. i was towing my 20ft equipment trailer with my tractor on it for a combined weight of about 6k pounds. as i was traveling down this hill, i hit a pothole and immediately lost control of my vehicle as the steering wheel shook so violently, i couldn't keep my hands on it. i panicked and did what i could, which was slam on the brakes, which made the steering wheel shake even worse. as my truck was all over the road and my trailer fish tailing behind me, my passenger and i braced for impact. as the truck decreased in speed, i was finally able to regain control of the truck. my ford has 11, 800 miles on it. i purchased the truck used with 11, 400 miles on it, and now i'm beginning to realize why such a beautiful truck was traded in. i will be contacting my nearest ford dealership on monday. i'm just happy that i didnt kill anyone and was able to go home safe at the end of the day.
