Recently reported UNKNOWN OR OTHER problems on 2013 Ford F-350

While driving on the highway at high speed i noticed my car pulling to one side and then my low tire pressure come on .when i got to a safe location i looked at my front passenger tire and saw it was low. i put air in it, after returning to my car it was low again. i put air in it again, drove to the shop to get my tire looked at and they said there is a crack in the middle of the rim. they said they have not seen this before on thei type of truck (known for hauling heavy loads), and they had to order a brand new rim. of course my truck is outside of the warrenty, that's when things tend to go bad. im very concerned about this being a manafactor defect due to where the crack is located. i'm also very concerned for the safety of me and others due to the area where we live, how we use high speed highways to get around, what we actually use the truck for, and others. although nobody was hurt, it could have been a catastrophe. please help me understand how something like this could occur on this type of heavy duty truck. i'm making a report now because soo many people told me to due to safety protocols. thabk you
