5th wheel hitch mechanism was put in incorrectly, and insulation of the hitch/ the bolts and brackets were also incorrect. hitch had to have two bolts for each bracket. dealership was aware of problem . manufacturer is folson folson lake rv. charles langdon 11373 folson rancho cordova ca 95742 916 635 4545. *ak the dealer installed the hitch incorrectly. *yh
