Tl* the contact owns a 2018 ford f-250. while driving down a hill in low gear, the vehicle independently accelerated out of control. the vehicle was taken to evergreen ford (1500 18th avenue north west, issaquah, washington, (425)-392-6900) where the contact was informed to warm up the vehicle before attempting to drive. the manufacturer was contacted and stated that all gasoline engines were designed to be warmed up before engaging in low gear. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 527. *dt the consumer wants another copy of this evoq to edit the document. *tr
