Dt*: the contact stated while driving 45 mph a vehicle pulled out in front of the contact causing a crash. the air bags did not deploy. a police report was filed and the other driver was injured.

Dt: abs brakes, air bags, and fuel system failed. at 4700 miles they replaced the entire brake system. had it a mechanic shop and discovered it was the abs. while going 55 mph and making a left hand turn kept pushing the brakes and nothing happened causing a wreck. kept taking vehicle to ford, they could not find anything wrong. upon impact, air bags also did not deploy. also, fuel lines shut off. this happened on march 15, 2002. *ak *nm

While driving 55 mph vehicle was involved in a head on collision. upon impact, dual airbags did not deploy. no injuries reported. *ak

On monday may 12 i was involved in a car accident. i am concerned because my air bad did not activate. i was driving a 2001 ford f250, going around 40-45 miles per hour. i ran into the back of a person that was sitting stopped at a red light. i never hit my brakes so i hit her straight in the rear. why type of impact does it take for the sensor to go off for air bags? *nlm

Front crash at 50 mph, neither airbag deployed. driver suffered neck injury, damage to vehicle was 8000 dollars. *ak there is a recall, 01v082, however ford informed consumer that this vehicle was not included. *slc

Air bags failed to inflate in a head on collision.*ak

Vehicle was involved in a frontal crash while traveling approximately 40 to 45 mph. both frontal air bags failed to deploy during this crash. dealership has vehicle. no determination as to cause of problem. passenger sustained head and leg injuries. please provide any additional information / documentation.*ak
