Problems with 2018 Ford F-150 LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES

Tl* the contact owns a 2018 ford f-150. the contact stated that the front passenger door did not latch. the contact had to hold the door closed until he arrived home. the vehicle was driven to hempstead ford lincoln (301 n franklin st, hempstead, ny 11550). the parts were ordered and the vehicle was planning to be repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 15,908.

The 10 speed transmission in this truck does not shift right. it shifts very hard sometimes not shifting at all. it shifts hard enough to cause whiplash. also the doors when it is cold out do not latch causing the door to remain open. my child almost fell out of my vehicle luckily she had her seat belt on
