Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. while attempting to open the rear driver's door, the contact could not open it from inside the vehicle. the contact indicated that the rear doors were designed to only be opened from the inside. the vehicle was taken to the local dealer (jim shorkie ford, 1234 long run rd, white oak, pa) where it was diagnosed that the entire door latch assembly would need to be replaced. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 45,002. *tt *tr
