I have a 2000 ford f-150 4x4. i was driving on st rt 13 in new lexington ohio and had the gas tank holding straps rust off and had the gas tank fall off. my truck seemed to be in ok shape on the outside. this led me to check out the rest of the truck more and then i have also found that the frame, cab corners and lots of other parts are rusting completely. i have since then replaced the straps with new ones from ford. as for the rest of the truck the rust is getting worse by the day i have used rust stoppers and cleaned as much off as i could. i still have a bank note so i have to drive it. i hope and pray that i am not in any accidents for i believe the truck would suffer great damage due to the rust!!! *tr
