I have a 2008 ford explorer, i had a flat tire for the 1st time. the crank handle that inserts into the rod that is attached to the jack failed. the square female end rounded out when the vehicle weight was on the jack. at this point the jack handle spun freely, not able to raise the vehicle. *tr
