A metal rod on the front of my ford expedition's driver's seat poked through the exterior leather/fabric and caused me to gash my leg as i sat down on the driver's seat. *nlm

Passenger's seat latch which holds back rest in place has broken, causing the seatback rest to move back and forth. dealer was notified, and unwilling to assist because vehicle was out of its warranty, and not covered under a manufacturer's recall. *ak *slc
