Takata recall - i have been trying for two years to have the airbag replaced. every time i call a ford dealership i am told that they do not have the parts and that they cannot help me. they refer me to ford. i want the airbag fixed before i am in an accident and my passenger dies as a result of the defective airbag.

Takata recall. i have attempted to trade the vehicle in at multiple dealerships and i cannot get the actual trade in value due to this recall. i have contacted numerous ford dealerships and they cannot help me. this is a safety and monetary issue and i need some resolution other than "we don't have any informant", which id's what all the dealers are telling me.
Takata recall i received a notice of the passenger side air bag being defective and in need of replacement. i have contacted the dealership multiple times over the last two years to ask for it to be replaced. i have been told each time i call that there are no air bags available for replacement. so i still have a recalled air bag in place in my vehicle. i am concerned that due to the takata bankruptcy that i will be left with no replacement of the air bag and have an unsafe vehicle. i just want the air bag replaced.

I have received a recall letter from ford since last year july 2016 about the passenger airbag defect. it has been a year already and they still have not taken any actions to have this problem solved. i'm still driving my car and exposing my passenger to a serious injury. i called today (november 4, 2017) and they still have do not have the right equipment to fix my car airbag.

Was involved in accident and hit on passenger side back door forward and window and drives side back panel and window. front end of car. the only air bag that went off was the steering wheel. no other air bag did and should of driver's seat and passenger dash. why ddidnt the others deploy and would of saved me from getting injured

Tamara recall. i have made attempts to get a rental until a fix is available. i am concerned for my safety of my 6 year old son. i am waiting for s fix, but am driving an unsafe vehicle due to the air bag. i would like to have a rental covered until the part is fixed. i also have a foster child who may be at risk of being removed from our home.
