Airbags did not deplore on a highway

On june 21st 2017 approximately 9:05am i was coming out of the hospital parking lot and i was hit on the drivers front side of my vehicle while i was at a stop sign. a woman ran into me and a client of mine as i was on the job! i was in complete shock! i stayed in my vehicle as i tried to stay calm. i got out of my vehicle and call 911 first then a bystandered called campus security. statements were taken from both parties as well as photos from the incident. after that we were told to get into our cars and pull over back into the parking lot to clear up the area. i got back into my vehicle and started to drive it. my sterring wheel was feeling weird and flimsy- it felt like it was broken. i reached down under the sterring while and the lever to lock the wheel had unlocked. the impact on my vehicle was hard.the drivers airbag should have deployed- but it didnt. the wheel came out, but no airbag. this was extremely unsafe for myself and my client whom already has developmental disabilities. i suffered injuries and went to the hospital immediately after the incident.

(complaint date with nhtsa 5/8/2017) immediately upon having otten dodge in 16614 pottsville pike, hamburg, pa 19526 do the tanaka airbag recall service, a airbag warning light has become lit (5/4/2017), and hasn't gone out. after filing a complaint with fca customer service i was advised that the dealers are franchise owned and chrysler has no control over how they do recall installationss. because a complaint was filed no other local dealer will fix the issue either. also on 3/20/2017 a service for negotiated between the ntsb, and fca (chrysler) x53 defective fuel tank replacement. the service was carried out, & the issue is now worse. the fuel tank is no longer vented. broken evap system. the car was returned to the above dealer service dept for evap fix, and they determined that a charcoal canister was worn/broken & therefore needed replacement @ a cost of $419 this accompanied the tanaka airbag replacement, which i never asked to be done. i immediately had to call fca customer service because despite the dealerships claim that it was fixed, the tank still does not have a functioning vent system ( a major fire risk) also if the airbag light is on and you get in a crash and the bags do not deploy, the highway patrol is allowed to upload your vdr and if they find a fault in the system insurance can deny your claim because the car did not do as designed (example, you break your neck against the wheel cause the bag didn't deploy based on fault, they wont have to pay your medical bills. non-functioning evap system. https://www.facebook.com/gary.jamescherry/posts/1479872962075871 airbag light https://www.facebook.com/gary.jamescherry/posts/1480059592057208

Takata recall, when taking our car to the dealership here in anchorage alaska. 9600 old seward hwy.. lithia auto stores # 106... it was our belief that the airbag light problem was fixed but, to much surprise they said that the recall had no effect on repairing the airbag light? shouldn't the recall fix this problem and why would the dealership say that the replacement of the dr. airbag didn't fix the airbag light.. if the safety of people operating this type of vehicle could possible harm or even kill occupants riding in these cars affected by a national recall... my main concern is that my children ride in this car daily and it would upset me and my family if we were in an accident that could possible harm or even kill my kids, because the vehicle wasn't fixed right to begin with.

Takata recall. when i had the first recall they replaced the air bag and when they did now the turn signals will not turn off by themselves and the steering wheel makes a popping noise when driving down the road and making a turn.i have no idea what they did when they replaced the drivers side air bag but that is the trouble i am having with my magnum now and you want me to let them do it again. they need to repair the first mistake first but it is my only way around and no dealer will loan out.

There was no incident, i am writing to complain about failure to perform recall work. i received a notice from fca informing me of the recall in may or june. i also received a letter from the dealership, fremont california chrysler dodge jeep, in june to inform me that my car was affected by airbag recall r25 / nhtsa 15v-313, and that i should wait for them to contact me when parts became available. they never contacted me. i called the dealership twice in early september and was told they could only add my name to a waiting list. i called again and left a message with the parts desk to please contact me to let me know when i would get parts. they did not return my call. i sent a written message to the dealership regarding this issue, and received no response or returned call. i am filing this complaint because i have been waiting for over three months, and they will not respond or resolve the issue - this is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a safety related recall repair.

I believe my cars has a problem with the gas tank. on friday september 11 2015, we drove the car and it had gas at the time, suddenly the car just turned off on the street. on my gas meter or gage is always reading it on empty when it has fuel. it's also smelling like gasoline now. we bought the car from a used car dealer and it's still being financed. how can i know if it's a manufacture problem, i did some research and it happened to say that this gas problem happens to the dodge magnum 2005-2006, if it's a manufacture problem do i call the dodge dealer and will it be fixed by them. i have two children, i can't drive a vehicle that is not safe. what options do i have. the vehicle also has an air bag recall, which the dealer has not fixed because they don't have the parts it's been over 3 weeks since we received the safety recall notice by mail.

Takata recall hi, i received a notice in the mail last year stating the driver airbag inflator may rupture and that my vehicle would be repaired free of charge once the parts are available. it's been months and i have not received any follow up recall notice from fca (fiat chrysler automobiles). since there is a potential for serious injury to the vehicle occupants as stated in the recall letter i would like to know how much longer i will have to wait for fca to get the replacement parts? this is getting absurd and i want my car fixed before i am seriously injured. why can't the dealer use a different type of airbag or simply remove the defective one so i don't get seriously injured when driving my car?? i am very unhappy with fca and their lack of response. thank you *tr
