The right rear seat belt became locked out while unbuckled during a stop at a restaurant. we returned to the car to find it wouldn't release so we could buckle up to continue our journey. we tried loosening the small part that was on a booster seat and it retracted but still refused to release. the seat belt is unusable at the moment. will visit a dealer.

I was speeding about 80mph and hit the breaks and my seat belt locked when i stopped and it never unlock i had to get emergency to come and cut off my seat belt and my steering wheel locked up
