Had car accd. seat belts didn't tied up and air bags didn't come out
On feb 15, 2018 at about 2:00 p.m. my vehicle was involved in a collision. my son was driving on a city street, and rear ended another vehicle going about 25 mph. the front bumper was damaged and the front air bag didn't deploy. due to the extent of the damage i believe the air bag should have deployed.i am looking for help investigating this.
Takata recall
I got a takata notice in the mail saying i'm a registered owner of one of their vehicles with the takata airbag and my airbag alert is red on my dashboard but there's been no recall. please investigate whether there needs to be a recall.
Airbags failed to deploy during side impact crash the other vehicles air bags did deploy. accident was in a parking lot but there was significant speed, impact and damage. impact was such that it pushed the charger sideways over a curb and up onto a grassy median. driver hit head on door and suffered mild concussion and is still suffering headaches and body pain. our contact at the repair shop expressed surprise that the air bags did not deploy and also the srs indicator was not lit.
