2008 dodge charger. driver was traveling in city at speeds <40 mph. radio started making crackling/popping sounds and vehicle started losing power at which time heavy white smoke began coming from hood. no sensor lights or warning signs given. driver pulled over to side or road at which time vehicle quit running. vehicle was towed to local dodge dealer where the technician diagnosed an electrical overheating/shortage problem that originated in the power distribution center. *tr
