I was driving down the highway at about 80-83 mph. i was getting off on an exit in boise idaho when i stepped on my break to slow down my cruise control turned off but i was not able to break. the breaks locked up and i was not able to stop which made me go through the red light and get t-boned i had taken my car to get fixed twice before at the dodge dealership. the first one i took it to was the twin falls dealership they couldn't fix it so i took it to the burley idaho where they said they fixed it. my electronic stability control light would turn on which would cause my steering wheel to lock up i would not be able to use my breaks or acceleration petal for about 30-40 seconds after that it would reset and my would work fine.
