My vehicle has been having issues with the batter for the past year and i have done everything to stop the issue but something is constanly making my vehicle go dead. the issue with the seat is that the seat will not go down and i've tried to get that fix but t i was told that its a part i need to purchase

Very poor visibility from drivers seat making it difficult to see road ahead resulted in hitting curb of unlit traffic circle. although one can raise the drivers seat,even at it's highest it's difficult for a driver of average height to see hood and road clearly. this was a budget rental car chrysler sebring 4 door sedan 2009. *tr
