Tl*the contact owns a 2004 chrysler sebring. the contact stated that the driver's side front door lock is inoperative, preventing him from opening the door from inside the passenger compartment. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer for repair; however, the part is on back order. the contact has to wait 6-8 weeks to have the vehicle repaired. the manufacturer did not provide any assistance. the failure and current mileages were 38,000.

Interior door handles have an aluminum tape or sheet over them, and is coming off on the edges, leaving a razor sharp edge that several people have sliced their hands on. i don't see anything in the recalls, but wonder if you have received similar complaints. any suggestions how to remedy the situation? thank you.*ak

Vehicle was vandalized. the thief broke into the vehicle by pulling up on the handle of the automobile and using some tool to pop open the lock. they stole over $130 worth of cds. cell phone equipment and irs papers that contained my social security number. *jb

Air bag lights come on while driving down the road. driver side door does not close properly. chrysler has not repaired because they claim they can't find problem. *nm
