Takata recall my concerns of accidental discharge,the dash light stays on longer than should.

1999 chrysler sebring. car was caught on fire due to power steering leak. *ta the consumer also had a fuel pump issue. the repair shop stated the connections had burned at the fuel pump. *jb

While driving consumer experienced erratic steering control. dealership informed the consumer that problem was caused by a rack and pinion failure. *ak the problem existed since the vehicle was first purchase. *sc

The consumers vehicle experienced the same symptoms as recall #01i012000 which is related to the steering. the dealer refused to repair the problem because the vehicles vin was not included in the recall. *nlm

This may also be related to another campaign , which is tsb number 984r, if that has any meaning. this deals with the steering column pinch bolt replacement. *ak

While traveling at 30 mph on icy road condition vehicle spun out of control and landed facing west, when a 18 wheeler hit consumer at about 65 mph, and none of airbags deployed.*ak the air bags failed on head collision prior to the accident, the engine had over heated and would not start. door won't open due to power locks failure. *yh
