My vehicle windshield developed a crack coming from va hospital.called insurance i have glass coverage.travelers contacted safelight in marietta ga. i was informed that they contacted chrysler and was told there are no windshields except for one in ohio. i have contacted paulding chrysler and they were told the same thing.i have contacted chrysler corp. customer service twice nothing.i was told i have to wait till production is done june or july for a window.i was told by them to rent a car for 3-4 months [$3000-4000]out of my pocket.so i drive with a cracked window that i hope will not cause serious injury to my wife or me.i was told they have no parts for a recall from the government.so any busted window in the united states is at the mercy of chrysler.i asked chrysler to give a rental or take a window of another car.i have not heard anything.
