Had two occasions in the past 12 months where as i'm driving along, the engine shut off and was barely able to keep car from colliding with other vehicles on road. most recently, i experienced a 3rd incident where while driving at approx 30 mph, all warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. the vehicle lost power and was unable to accelerate. pulled over and shut off car. and tried to restart. engine started but was in 'limp' mode and had codes in computer. had car towed to mechanic and they stated codes p0344 , p0340 & b1a35 present. advised that motor now has a knock in it and would need an entire replacement.

We are having problem with the ignition key when you start the car. it take 5-10 second for the car to respond and start the car. on august 16,2014 we took the car to carl burgers dealership for service. they said the issue is with the key and new key is need to be purchased at 226.66 so we did. after the service was done 24 hours after we still had the same issue. i contacted the dealership on 9/27/2014 concerning a recall currently have on chrysler vehicle with same issue. they told me this car is not included in recall. than i contacted the chrysler company asking the same questions and there respond was you car is not included in the recall but they might expand the recall to different model which will include your vehicle. so as a consumer what do we do drive the car with all these faults and take risk for our family's because chrysler don't have the people to fix the issue. please advise. *tr
