The airbag light is staying on. having a hard time putting car in and sometimes out of park. seat belt acts likes it dont want to fasting on drivers side.

Tl* the contact owns a 2005 chrysler 300. the contact took the vehicle to parkway chrysler dodge jeep ram (21560 hall rd, clinton twp, mi 48038, (586) 465-7210) to be repaired per nhtsa campaign number: 16v352000 (air bags) and nhtsa campaign number: 15v313000 (air bags). after the repairs, the air bag warning indicator illuminated and the defroster did not work. the same dealer was contacted and informed the contact that the vehicle would have to be diagnosed to determine the cause of the failure. the vehicle was not taken back to the dealer or an independent mechanic for diagnostic testing or repairs. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was approximately 116,540.

The air bag light came on took to dealer was told my air bags would not work because something was wrong with wiring this car has only 85085 miles on it when i got in car and stared it the light did not go out would like to if other people has reported on this they did replace both air bags when recalled

I purchased this car, new, on 06/05/2004 from alexander chrysler dodge jeep in gadsden, al. we lived in leesburg, al at the time. we moved to camp hill, al in 2014. the first time i received the air bag notice i contacted our closest dealer, bice motors in dadeville, al they told me i would have to be put on a "waiting list" and that they would "call me." i did not write down the name that day but was told they had to tend to their customers first. on may 15, 2017 i called and spoke w/[xxx]. he told me they had not received enough airbags and had to put people on a waiting list and survived them according to their number in line. i called back on 06.14.17 and spoke with [xxx]. i asked what "number" i was in line this time. i was told i was # 20. next call, on aug 24, 2017. [xxx] said i was # 16. my husband has stage iv prostate cancer and we cannot return to alexander chrysler in gadsden. i hate driving a car with unsafe airbags that ...

Tl* the contact owned a 2005 chrysler 300. while driving approximately 25 mph, the contact's vehicle struck the front passenger and rear passenger doors of another vehicle. the air bag deployed and metal shards struck the contact in the right hand. medical attention was required. a police report was filed. the vehicle was towed and destroyed. a dealer was not contacted. the manufacturer was not made aware of the crash. the driver's air bag was previously replaced on march 31, 2016 per the takata air bag recall. the failure mileage was approximately 108,000.

Takata recall s43. our vehicle had to sit over 7 months waiting for the air bag fix. chrysler approved they would pay for towing my vehicle to lithia dodge in corpus christi tx , new battery, and air bag, but the dealer printed another list of issues from this vehicle sitting so long due to the recall to include brakes, all fluids, water pump, freon, bad gas, injector service, long story short the dealer wants me to pay $3,770.89 to bring my car back to pre recall condition.

I test drove the car and it drove fine . when i was driving it home it stoped twice. once when i stoped to get gas. i got help from another driver . i got it jumped but it took a while to get it to start. after that i was going straight home . it stoped in the middle of the highway. this time it would not start and the driver seatbelt came off . i had to have it towed home. sense then it has not turned on. im not sure if there more problems yet the dealer did not inform me anything about these problems.

Takata recall has failed to repair a defective air bag in my vehicle . it has been since july 21, 2016 since i was notified and of todays date december 4, 2016 i have not heard from my dealer. i am very nervous and concerned about the air back deploying and causing injury or death. please help and thanks

Takata recall advised there are no parts to fix passengerside airbag call back after the new year by dealer. i am concern for my safety.
