I was driving straight forward at about 20mph on a bridge where the road was clear with no ice or snow and my car did a 360 spin out in the middle of traffic. that day i took my car into discount tires where i was told i had 5/32 thread which is fairly good i still went ahead and got new tires but still felt like my tires was not moving like it should. i then took it into a mechanic shop which was montes car shop in north mpls we did a test drive and realized my front wheels were not engaging the only tires that were spinning was the back wheels. so at that point they ran a abs diagnostic there were codes no showing regarding my awd at all, so they did a full inspection and stated it was a blown mini fuse that operates the front diff actuator and replaced it. i've driven the car and i am not sure if the problem has been fixed not only that the car is not giving off any sensors or codes regarding my awd not working which is very dangerous and life threatening there should ...
My car started smoking with black smoke. the car started overheating. we opened up the hood and the water pump looked like it exploded because the antifreeze was everywhere. i took my car in twice 1 year apart for the same problem and was replaced with aftermarket equipment from the dealership. i'm wondering if the use of aftermarket is breaking my car apart. now i'm having a engine issue.
We had the ignition serviced a few years back then it sat inop until recently now the same problem with ignition only this time it wont shut off
Wierd type vibration when turning the wheel when car is stationary. fluid leaking from when car is parked oil or transmission fluid. was a recall at some point on the plastic oil plugs.
While getting on the freeway, at approx. 50 mph the car would not shift into next gear. rpm was 4500-5000 (as though possibly stuck in overdrive). i decelerated hoping it would compute the need to shift. it didn't. i tried accelerating slowly and still didnt shift. i slowed down, put emergency flashers on and took the next exit 1/4 mile or less away. since the light was red at the exit , i tried putting car into park and then back into drive to see if it would ('reset'), instead the shift selector was stuck in park. light turned green and i couldn't get it in drive, couldn't move. after several attempts it finally went into drive. when i got off work, same thing...stuck in park. after 4th try, i was able to get it in reverse, then into drive. i made it home without getting on freeway, parked the car 3 days ago and have not driven it since then. the car was already scheduled for recall repairs at dealership for tomorrow. hopefully i can get it there. (i bought this car a week ago)
Back up camera image is reversed. when backing up what is on my right shows up as being on my left .
I have three chrysler, dodge cars and all three of them are having the same problem. catalytic converter is messing up on three of them at the same time. one of them is a 2011 chrysler 300 with only 80,000 miles, 2010 dodge nitro truck with over 100,000 miles and a 2012 dodge avenger over 100,000 miles. i feel that dodge chrysler jeep should have this as one of the recalls. the 2010 dodge nitro truck my daughter was driving just cut off on her on the freeway when she stopped in traffic. and the 2012 dodge avenger is sitting up in my drive way not being driven because of its so expensive to get them repaired. my 2011 chrysler 300 and 2010 dodge nitro truck is going in the shop to get the repairs done, but i feel dodge, chrysler jeep should be eating up the cost for these repairs. the dodge truck stopped on her oct 15th on the freeway, during traffic hours.
The manufacturer made the shift interlock latch out of plastic and it breaks when you put the car in park it will stick in park leaving you stranded.
I took my vehicle to a glass repair shop and they said that the windshield glass was separating.
Driver has been experiencing problems with backup camera since the car was purchased in 2016. originally, the camera would just go in and out. a black screen would show up on the monitor once the car was put into reverse. this was mentioned to the dealership multiple times, but the camera would never act up when i was at the dealership. the driver was also told that an update would eventually solve the problem, which it did not. when the car is put into reverse now, the picture on the monitor from the back up camera is actually flipped on the monitor. so what is actually on the right side of the car, shows up on the left side. recently when getting recalls for the vehicle taken care of, the driver found out that the back up camera was previously repaired in 2015. this was prior to the car being purchased in 2016. these problems were brought up to the dealership, telegraph chrysler jeep dodge in taylor, mi. the back up camera was brought up to the dealership when the car was under extended warranty, now it is possible that the warranty has expired. this is a safety concern as ...
