Issue: 2010 suburban 3rd row seats do not have locking seat belts - making them unsafe for an infant car seat. 2009 and previous do have the 3rd row locking seat belts. i took the car to the local dealer where i purchased the car at, and the service manager was able to confirm that the above is accurate (he cross-checked it against a few other 2010/2011 models that also did not have the locking seat belts in the 3rd row seat). *tr
