This engine uses 1 quart of oil in 750 miles. this is excessive!
Excessive oil consumption. vehicle use 2 quarts of oil every 3000 miles. this is a know manufacturer defect but yet they are making me pay for the repairs.
Excessive oil consumption is a problem affecting a lot of people with this model in 2009-2010. chevy needs to issue the recall and address their problem. very sad and frustrating.
Dash panel has cracks on driver and passenger side. both motor mounts are defective. engine burns oil badly.
Tl* the contact owns a 2009 chevrolet suburban 1500. the contact stated that while making a turn, the vehicle lost power and the engine stalled. the vehicle could be restarted. the vehicle was taken to the dealer, who performed a bg fuel injection cleaning and throttle body cleaning and reprogrammed the pcm. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 16,000. updated 8/28/14*cn
