Driver's seat back broken and front passenger seat twisted after rear end collision. vehicle was stationary on a highway when struck from behind by another vehicle going in excess of 65 mph. my vehicle was moved 30 feet from point of impact. force of impact broke driver's seat back. driver weighs 220 lbs. front passenger seat was twisted left. passenger weighs less than 110 lbs. both occupants injured.

Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet suburban 1500. while placing fuel in the vehicle, the gasoline spews back out onto the contact. also, the rear door opened automatically and the flip-n-fold seats flipped up and down while the vehicle was in motion. lastly, the turn signals do not work. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer and they made her an offer; however, the contact refused. the vehicle was taken to the dealer on several occasions. the contact was aware of the safety risk involved. the failure mileage was 18,000 and current mileage was 25,000.

Current 9 passenger model of chevy suburban lacks a safe way to secure a child or adult safely in the center front jump seat. *jb
