Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet suburban 1500. a passenger opened the front door and cut her hand on the door handle. an authorized dealer was notified and stated that they would replace all of the door handles under the warranty. the contact also stated that the chrome paint on all of the door handles was chipping. the failure and current mileages were 22,235.

The platting or plastic covering on interior door handle separates from handle along a seam on top edge of the passenger door handle. passenger's hand was cut severely requiring medical attention. upon examining handle on driver's side the same condition is beginning to occur. i have had to wrap tape around the handles to prevent further injury. *tr

Purchased new and own a 2007 chevy suburban. we have cut our hands several times opening the driver side door when pulling the inside door handle inward. this has been caused by the peeling fake chrome plastic that covers the inside handle. this peeling fake chrome creates a sharp edge as it peels off that is directly positioned to rub across one's fingers as you pull the door handle in toward you to open the door. *tr

Tl*the contact owns a 2007 chevrolet suburban 1500. while placing fuel in the vehicle, the gasoline spews back out onto the contact. also, the rear door opened automatically and the flip-n-fold seats flipped up and down while the vehicle was in motion. lastly, the turn signals do not work. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer and they made her an offer; however, the contact refused. the vehicle was taken to the dealer on several occasions. the contact was aware of the safety risk involved. the failure mileage was 18,000 and current mileage was 25,000.
