Tl*the contact owns a 2002 chevrolet suburban. he stated that the side view mirror is perfectly in tact from the outside; however, from the inside it was smeared and displayed double vision. the dealer stated that they could diagnose the failure at the owners expense with an estimate of $100.00. the dealer also stated that if the mirror needed to be replaced the owner would be responsible for paying $300. the mirror has been distorted for a few months. the failure and current mileages were 65,000. updated 05/15/09 *bf updated 05/18/09. *jb

Tl*the contact owns a 2002 chevrolet suburban. while driving 40 mph, a rock crashed into her windshield. as a result, the windshield cracked and produced pieces of glass on the front seats and dashboard. the contact felt that the windshield should not have produces glass pieces. as of may 6, 2008, the dealer had not inspected the vehicle. the failure and current mileages were 100,000.

Tl* - the contact states that while driving at night both side view mirrors create a double-vision. per the contact this causes her not to be able to use her side view mirrors. the contact took the vehicle to the dealership and they told her that there have been complaints in the pass regarding the same issue.
