Turning out of my office parking lot i heard a "pop" - - - as i proceeded down the road i noticed a "funny wiggle" when i changed lanes or turned - - - i pulled off the road into a large parking lot and began inspecting the front suspension - - - then i noticed that the front stabilizer bar was broken completely in two where it meets the frame on the passenger side - - - glad i was not going 70mph on the interstate. *tr
Tl*the contact owns a 1999 chevrolet suburban 1500. while driving 5-10 mph, the brake pedal extended to the floor when depressed and the vehicle made a roaring noise. the vehicle became extremely difficult to stop. the dealer stated that the sensors were corroded and the hubs failed. the vehicle was repaired. the current mileage was 60,810 and failure mileage was 50,000. the consumer stated gm refuses to cover this and stated they don't have a recall on this particular issue, however the consumer enclosed the recall information pertaining to the defect. updated 10/03/07 *tr
