I find my link very difficult to use as compare to my 2011 buick regal control knob vs touch screen. the ipod i use in the buick or the usb drive was easier to use and navigate. i spoken to apple and microsoft techs about creating playlists but the function does not work in my impala. this is a problem in 2014 chevrolet impala and the my link system that need correction. the i tune and media player is incompatible with mylink and gm should provide software/app that will work. to change a selection in mylink can cause distracted driving. *tr
