The car is not driving smooth. the car is having multiple problems

On interstate driving approx. 60 mph suddenly check engine light came on, and reduce engine speed light on and car dropped drastically down to literally no power. barely had time to get on shoulder without causing accident. went to local mechanic and he said that the issue was the throttle peddle.

Driving on highway @ 60 mph when engine dies with no warning. dash shows following messages: "engine power reduced" "serivce traction control" "service stabilitrax" power steering and power brakes stop working. when car key is turned off and check engine codes are cleared, the car starts up fine and continues to run smoothly. luckily i was able to safely stop the car (albeit on the middle of a major highway), turn it off, clear the codes, and start it back up to get out of the way. same problem happened in january 2018. after this i took it to a chevy dealer. they said car was covered under "warranty" for this problem and they replaced the throttle body. one month later same problem keeps occurring. car runs fine but these messages appear about once a month. typically the engine stays on and is only limited in power. however, occasionally the car will die completely without warning, even on the highway. had car brought to chevy dealer. they said they can not fix the problem unless it is currently occurring with the car. they recommended i take the car and bring it back to them when the problem happens again. however, i do not feel safe driving this car knowing the engine could just shut down at any moment and the chevy specialist themselves do not seem to even have a clue about what could be causing this.

While i was driving, the car gave a notice of reduced engine power, then a few miles later, another notice came on service throttle disabling service. and the car shut off! with no warning, and no way to get to safety. if i wasn't in an area that had a shoulder i could get to quickly or if there was any traffic near me, i would be dead! this is incredibly unsafe and is going to get someone killed, if it hasnt already! that has to be some sort of flaw in the programing. if i would have been on the highway, which is where i normally am at that time of day, i would have had no time to react and get to a safe area before the car shut down on me. it also locked up the steering wheel and braking system so i had next to no power. it was incredibly scary. i am just glad that i was driving the car, instead of my elderly mother. she very well may have had a heart attack from the fear. in no way should a car just shut down mid-drive like that! i cant even begin to explain the amount of ways how badly that could go wrong, and this seems to be a common issue with chevy vehicles and the throttle body. even if the throttle body is going bad, in no way should your car be programed to just shut off mid-drive, ever. i really hope that is a programing flaw and not intentional, because if that is intentional, you are truly trying to kill people. what is it going to take for chevy/gm to get the issue fixed? how many people getting killed in unnecessary accidents is it going to take? i pray that myself or my family isn't one of them! please chevy/gm, get this issue fixed already.

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet impala. while driving 60 mph, the reduced engine power and the service stability control indicators illuminated as the vehicle decelerated. staten island buick gmc (1855 hylan blvd, staten island, ny 10305) diagnosed that sensors t2135: (throttle body) and p2138: (accelerator pedal actuator) failed and needed replacement. the vehicle was repaired. the manufacturer offered to assist with the replacement of the throttle body, but not the accelerator pedal. the failure mileage was 59,502.

Tl* the contact called on behalf of the owner of a 2008 chevrolet impala. on several occasions, the vehicle failed to start and the reduced power warning indicator illuminated. additionally, while driving 55 mph, the vehicle stalled. the contact was unable to restart the vehicle. the contact stated that the failure was intermittent. the vehicle was diagnosed by an independent mechanic and fault code: p-2135 was retrieved. the mechanic replaced the ecm, throttle body, accelerator pedal mechanism, and the wiring harness between the ecm and throttle body; however, the failure recurred. the dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. the approximate failure mileage was 80,000.

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet impala. while driving 70 mph, the engine power reduced warning indicator illuminated and the vehicle decelerated. the contact continued to depress the accelerator pedal, but the vehicle failed to accelerate above 20 mph. the contact stated that the vehicle was previously diagnosed by an independent mechanic who stated that the accelerator pedal and an unknown sensor failed and needed replacement. the vehicle was repaired. the vehicle was not taken to a dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. the manufacturer was notified and informed the contact that they would start a case file and send it over to their team. the failure mileage was approximately 138,000.

I was driving on icy and snowy roads and my engine power reduced warning light came on. i drove several miles to my destination. my car sat for 6 hours. i got in to leave and the engine light was on but not the warning. after driving about ten miles my engine power reduced light came on again. this happened multiple times four years ago and it's very frustrating to have it happening again. it seems to occur more frequently when the roadway is wet. after reading online, it seems this is happening to many other chevrolet cars also.

Vehicle hesitates throttle body causes car to jerk cut off not pick up speed always idled up speed sensor reads 107 mph when only going 30mph stalls. almost was rear ended because car shut off in the middle of driving.i have my car regularly serviced and all of a sudden this started happening. my blendoor aculater cause my heat not to sometimes come on and it makes this loud clicking noise. most if no all impala have this problem and gm knows about all the things i told you about yet they dont wanna recall the vehicle

First, the key will not come out of the ignition without pressing the release key switch located under the steering wheel. then the car won't accelerate over 20 mph in d while driving anywhere, it won't go over 40 in d3. not sure why but this is what is happening with the impala.

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet impala. while driving 40 mph, the engine reduced power indicator illuminated and the vehicle began to reduce in speed. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the throttle positioning sensor failed and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was called and informed the contact that if a diagnostic fee was paid, the vehicle could be covered under a technical service bulletin. the contact stated that he did not have money for a diagnostic fee. the failure mileage was approximately 34,000.

Started the car and immediately upon pulling out of parking lot the service traction control error message and reduced engine power messages appeared. this is the 3rd time this has happened on this car. have entered problem reports for the 1st 2 occurrences on this site. replaced accelerator pedal position pedal sensor. none of these 3 occurrences were covered under warranty. it was 14 months since the last occurrence and warranty was for 12 months.

I was driving in traffic around 5:30pm cst on us 59 n and rankin rd tuesday 11/15/16 when my vehicle lost engine power. i was unable to accelerate or steer and the only light that came on in the car was the service tire monitor system. i managed, somehow, to steer the vehicle to the left shoulder of the freeway and put it in park. i turned off the vehicle and when i went start it again, after releasing the key, it made a stuttering to start sound over and over again even though i was no longer touching the key. when i tried to start it again it turn on and then back off and continued to do this at least 3 more times. i eventually had it towed to my home and after reading online today at forums.edmonds.com many people have been having this issue with impala's and suburban's from gm for at least 4 years now, first post is back in 2012. gm needs to put a recall on these vehicles and fix the issue before it more fatalities, as proven in their earlier 2014-2015 recall. they just did a recall about a year ago for impala's having an issue where the ignition switch would then switch into the off position while driving if you hit a bump too hard and had too much weight on your keys. i got my vehicle serviced for that recall issue but it seems like their fix for that was incorrect and not the issue seeing as my vehicle, and several others, still shuts down while driving and the ignition is still in the on (not off) position, you lose acceleration and steering. this is extremely dangerous and will cause more deaths, injuries, and accidents. please get this to gm and have them correct this issue in all their models with sensor throttle body's instead of wired ones. they also need to fix the issue of door and a/c accuators in their models, as its been described to me as a common issue in gm models. this is a very unsafe issue for all drivers gm or not. more accidents will follow.

Communication between gas petal and throttle body breaks down causing vehicle to display reduced engine power causing vehicle to slow to 20 to 30 mph instantly. happen on highway almost causing accident due to slowdown. should be safety recall before someone or myself gets killed.

Takata recall. it happen to me twice i got two kids the car lost power from 45 to ten. engine light is on. the code thst comes up is p2138 this is not ok needs to get fixed. first time it happen i was on a highway the car behind me almost hit me due to the engine power loss.

While driving my car for only two minutes, the reduced power sensor came on and traction control came on also. my car would not go above 20 mph. went back to normal after an hour. very concerning if i was on the interstate when this happened.was on a back country highway when this happened.

Traction control and the stability trac reduces the engine speed under normal weather conditions drastically without any warnings. been acting up for some time. dealers don't know what the problem is and doesn't give a code. very dangerous and frustrating.

I was left sitting on the side of the road. i was going 70 mph on i-94 when the "service traction control" light came on, followed by the "engine power reduced" light, then something about "disabling throttle" sensor... my car shut completely down, leaving me to coast across 4 lanes of traffic on interstate 94. i've owned this 2008 impala for just about a year... i don't know what to do i received the letter about an extended recall back in december and i called gm because there's a stipulation of the amount of miles you can have on your car to have this problem repaired... because my car has 276000 miles gm told me there is nothing they can do, at that time i asked why this item wasn't recalled. i was told if i felt the problem called for a recall i should reach out to the national highway and safety commission. i don't even feel comfortable driving my car anymore... this is a death trap!

I started see a warning light on in my car that read "engine power is reduced, service traction control" so i sent gm an email regarding this and maybe a month or so later i received a notice that said the gas throttle sensor will cause this to appear when it is bad. they advised if i felt this was the problem i could take it to a gm dealer and have it check, but if it wasn't they would not cover it and i would be responsible for the cost of the diagnostics test. i took my car and took my car , along with the notice to sunrise pontiac on 12/31/15. i was told that i needed a thermostat a gas pressure sensor. the cost to repair these items would run me almost $900 and i could not afford that t this time. i asked the technician, which could i get away with not fixing right now and he said i needed to go ahead and replace the thermostat to get the check engine light off. i had that work done and the light still was on, as well as, the warning lights. so i contacted gm again and advised them of the situation. they paid for me to go to serra chevrolet to get another diagnostic done. this time i was told i needed an app sensor, gas pressure sensor, thermostat (which had already been replaced), and a temperature sensor, all of which would run me $1300. i told them i could not afford that and left. i contacted gm once again and explained what was told to me and asked why the sensors would not be covered when they were apart of the gas throttle body? now i'm getting a warning that says "starting disabled service throttle " and my car is literally cutting off while i'm driving. i feel like this is a matter that gm should be willing to repair for their consumers to prevent accident or death. i 've read on google that several impala owners are experiencing the same thing. also, while i'm driving my gear control is popping out. this is my only means of transportation.

While driving any speed, "reduced engine power" light comes on. happened 3 times and then i received a letter from gm took to dealership for repair. they repaired throttle body. car still acted the same after i got it. due to snow storm i didn't drive it a few days. two weeks later, engine power reduced starts again on the highway going 70mph (this has happened 6 times altogether) now gm advised me to go back to dealership for diagnostic test. they claim it's the gas pedal sensor ans not covered. replacing the throttle body did not ing to fix the issue and many others have has this same issue. now gm refuses to make it right and i'm stuck without a vehicle because i can't afford repairs and the car is way too dangerous to drive.

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet impala. the contact stated that while driving at 65 mph, the vehicle failed to accelerate when the accelerator pedal was depressed. a warning message in the instrument panel indicated that the power was greatly reduced. the failure recurred intermittently. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where the failure was undetermined. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 115,000. the vin was not available.

While driving my car will no longer register the throttle position causing the engine power to reduce and the car to decelerate (from any speed) this has happened both and streets and highways. gm has already issued an "additional warranty" for the problem "throttle positioning sensor"

Reduced engine power message. this message came up after have car at mechanics for a repair on actuator. we took back to mechanic and he cleared message however message has appeared after a week of driving car less than 10 miles per day. mechanic said possible fix resulting in another $300 repair. the message came up while doing local driving around town less than 5 miles before it will appear

(reduced engine power) my 2008 chevy impala randomly shows down after the dash reads reduced engine power. i am lucky to be alive i was doing about 60 on the expressway and the car speed just dropped to 20mph i had to swerve because the car behind could not slow down in time. my two year old was in the car and i hear that gm cars have this problem all the time. this is ridiculously dangerous someone has to do something about it. the gm dealership has no ideal how to fix this.

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet impala. while driving 65 mph, the engine power reduced and the engine light warning indicator illuminated. the vehicle independently decelerated to 10 mph and failed to accelerate. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the throttle body control module needed to be repaired. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 140,000.

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet impala. the contact stated that on several occasions while driving the vehicle, the reduced engine power warning light illuminated. the contact stated that when the accelerator pedal was depressed but the vehicle failed to respond. the failure was intermittent. the vehicle was taken to be diagnosed. the contact was informed that the throttle position sensor needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 140,000. updated 02/18/16*lj updated 05/14/18*jb *cn

I was driving on interstate 81 in cny when my dash lit up and said "service traction control, reduce engine power" at that point my car would not down shift to accelerate. about 15 miles down the road my car said "service throttle control sensor", and the engine shut off!!! i was just coming out of a huge work zone and i lost power steering and power brakes in the left lane of a 3 lane highway. i made my way to the shoulder as safely as i could and was unable to restart my car for at least 5 minutes!!!!!! 3 days later it did it all over again on a country road thankfully!!. i remember the reduce engine power service traction control had acted up once before in 2012 right after i bought the car. this needs to be recalled immediately before someones engine shuts off when they are going faster than 45!!!!!!

I was driving down the street and out of nowhere the engine light came on and said engine reduced power. the car seemed to slow down and not have power. if i came to a stop and began to drive again, the car barely accelerated and the transmission jerked every single time it shifted. i had every car going around me down the busy street, because the car would barely go. i was worried i wouldn't even make it home and that the transmission was going to have serious problems along with the engine as it jerked roughly with every gear change. this is something that needs to be recalled immediately! it couldn't have happened at a worse time, as i just purchased this car a few weeks ago, have my first child on the way, and just got a house. *tr

I started my car and the rpm's went to 0. message stated "service traction control" and engine power reduced". when i looked up information online i noticed many people had the same problem with chevy/gm cars.

When i started my vehicle, the service traction control message appeared. also, the check engine light and reduced engine power message. during my drive to work i could not go beyond 40mph or 2rpm. *js

Driving 40mph check engine light came on then reduced engine power flashed on message board several seconds later traction control light came on and service traction control came on message board. my speed was reduced to 20mph in traffic! luckily i was able to pull over safely without causing any accident (fyi i had my daughter in thr car with me). i will be taking the car to a chevy shop in the morning where im sure i will have to pay high cost out of pocket even though this has been an issue for chevy owners (online search) and there has been many complaints with no recall. this is a serious issue and i feel it is putting many lives in danger and should have been a recall a long time ago. im just lucky i wasn't on the highway yet because this could have turned fatal. *tr

While driving 65mph on highway 526 in sc, our 2008 chevy impala experienced reduced engine power and a traction control error message appeared on the dash. the vehicle lost engine power and my wife, daughter and i were almost rear ended . we have now spent hundreds of dollars trying to repair the issue but with no solution in sight. *tr

So im drving down the expressway i57 at about 85mph and the car beeps 3 times displaying service stabilatrack/ service traction and check engine seconds later the car completely cut off. while in traffic. *tr

While driving my car on the freeway suddenly the check traction control light came on and there was reduced engine power. i was traveling at a rate of 75 mph and quickly went down to 45 - 50 mph causing a 3 car rear collision.

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet impala. while attempting to accelerate, the vehicle hesitated and failed to respond before operating as normal. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who was unable to duplicate the failure. the manufacturer was notified, but no solution was offered. the failure mileage was 210,000.

The airbag light will not go out, the stability control light comes on and the car loses power and the engine starts to cut off. i have sent my car to the dealership twice for the same problem i have even called the chevrolet corporate office. each time i get a different answer as to what the problem is the first time. i was told it was sensors that needed to be replace and that it would cost $1200. this time i was told it was the spark plugs that is causing the car to shut down and the cost would be around $400 or $500. the first service in july my receipt says they did a multi-point inspection would that not tell them my plugs were bad? my car is still at friendly chevrolet in dallas can you please help. my daughter drives this car and she a high risk pregnancy. *tr

Service traction control/engine power reduced lights came on dash. car lost all power and when stomping the gas pedal speed would resume, very hesitant from a dead stop. car was jerking, shut off traction control and car jerked then too. gm needs to fix this before there are deaths. also i have no unlocking doors. they have to all be manually unlocked. battery was replaced in car and on key fab. gas pedal sensor and throttle body sensor are the triggered codes, gm needs to find the real solution as these don't seem to fix problem. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet impala. the contact stated that while driving 20 mph, the vehicle stalled and the check engine indicator illuminated. after five minutes, the contact restarted the vehicle and it operated normally. the contact immediately drove to the dealer who stated that the accelerator pedal needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired. the manufacturer was notified. the failure mileage was 41,550.

This is the second incident we have had with our 2008 chevrolet impala where this problem has occurred. the most recent incident was on wednesday may 21st, around 730 pm. my wife was driving on a road with a posted speed limit of 45 miles per hour, she said she was going about 48 when the traction control light came on, and the messaging system indicated "reduced engine power." when this happens the vehicle slows rather rapidly, and then it is impossible to accelerate beyond about 30 miles per hour or so. due to the rapid decline in speed and the fact that this occurs without warning, i believe this should be an immediately acted upon problem. i contacted gm only to be told that i have to take it to get it looked at by one of their local dealerships, and pay for that diagnostic. in my online research i have discovered many, probably in the hundreds, who've experienced this identical issue. some of which have take their car to gm who has concluded according to post of experiences on edmunds that they were unable to determine the source of the problem or repair it. this is a problem that require immediate attention. i can't imagine how differently this could have gone should my wife have been going 75 mph on interstate 80. we live along i-80 and travel it frequently. however as a result of this problem we are essentially unable to trust our vehicle beyond about 50 miles per hour. *tr

Our 2008 impala ls, with 100,000 miles, is having the same problem i am seeing at this web site and all across the internet. last month, may, 2014, and this month, june, 2014, there was a sudden reduced power alert on the dashboard and the check engine light came on. the speed immediately dropped to no more than 35 mph. before i could get it to advance to have them check to see if any codes had been dropped by the computer, the check engine light went off. there was no reduced power message either, and the speed returned to normal. i was told to try fuel injector cleaner, which i did. all went well for almost a month, when the same thing happened again this month. this time i was able to get it to advance with the check engine light still on. the computer had dropped 2 codes, both related to the accelerator pedal position sensor. advance did not have the part, nor did autozone. fortunately, napa did, for $90, including tax. our local chevy dealership wanted $50 more. since it is a very easy part to replace even for an amateur like me, i replaced it. there are only 2 10 mm bolts to remove and an electrical connection to unplug. so it was pretty simple, and so far, this has done the trick, but it's only been 24 hours. this apparently is a job that the dealerships want to charge $300 to $400 to do. as i said, this is a widespread problem for gm, and they have not and will not, so far, do a recall. they should. i'm only out $90 so far, but other people are out much more. if i have the dreaded, follow-up problem with the throttle body, i will be out a whole lot more. i sent an e-mail to chevrolet after the first instance, and did get a response back. i told him i didn't want to take any further action unless this happens again. i will be contacting him again now about this latest incident. *tr

I have had many problems with the engine power being reduced due to code 2135, it's a throttle position problem that has happened maybe 50-100 times over the past year. i can clean the throttle plate and it'll be fine for a few days, but is getting progressively worse. it is very dangerous when the car's power is reduced so quickly, especially on freeways. i've nearly been rearended a few times now. i've complained to chevrolet and they only say there isn't a recall and to take it to the dealer for service. i've contacted the dealer and was told they'd clean the throttle body, which is what i am doing. there needs to be a recall for safety's sake, this is a very deadly problem that they need to address. it's not the consumer's fault at all. thank you. *tr

When driving through st. louis around midnight on i-270 on may 3, the "engine power is reduced" message came on and the car slowed dramatically right in the middle lane of the interstate. quite scary indeed, not to mention the lurching. after being nearly run over on both sides, i pulled off in a very dark part of town and the police came by to check on me. initially the car wouldn't start with the message, "starting is disabled, service throttle." after about an hour, the thing allowed me to start it, but still with the "power is reduced" message. i actually drove that thing home (over 90 miles) with semis bearing down on me, alternating flashers and watching over my shoulder. anyway, the next day, it still wouldn't run normally, but i limped over to an autozone and i replaced the throttle assembly and the throttle body (the engine code said p0651, but that was a waste of $300). no help, same message. i let the car sit. when it first started up, still had the message. but about 5 minutes later, the car started normally!!! the check engine light is on now, but those codes haven't been accurate so far. while the car was running normally, i went out and jiggled all the wiring both under the dash and above the throttle, but could not find a loose wire or get the car to shift into the "engine power reduced" message. i also tapped on and jiggled the air box (because i was told that's where the ecm is located). still couldn't get it to go bad. came back out the next time and the car had the "engine power is reduced" message and running horribly. i was fortunate not to be killed, these cars are moving chicanes. i am totally at a loss as to what is going on. gm service reps say "go to the dealer" but online shows this only results in a bunch of expensive replaced parts that didn't fix the problem. i only suffered a backache but this car is an accident waiting to happen. *tr

Driving down highway when check engine light and "engine power reduced" appeared on my dash. soon after my speed and power was cut from 70 mph to under 40. i got another message saying "service throttle disabled" and my car lost all ability to accelerate and steer. i was forced to pull over and waited until it started up again. this is a dangerous flaw that is happening to many gm owners. please recall for everyone's safety. *tr

While driving message reduced engine power is displayed along with throttle disabled message, engine shuts off, making vehicle difficult to steer. left my wife stranded in middle of road. car restarts after approx. 15 min and displays orange engine light. took to webbs texaco in lakeland, fl and they say it has a bad ecm. previously shut off at 70 mph on interstate. *tr

Letter from constituent who experienced problems with her 2008 impala, seeking reimbursement for the repairs she believes were all part of a recall. *smd the consumer stated on april 1, 2014, she had just exited the interstate highway, when suddenly the engine shut off. the vehicle would not re-start and a message appeared on the dash that read throttle control system. the vehicle was towed to a service station. the throttle body was replaced. on april 19, 2014. the check engine light illuminated as she was driving. she pulled into a parking lot, and turned off the engine. the vehicle did not re-start, once again, the vehicle had to be towed. the power train control module had to be replaced and the computer was re-programmed.*jb

While accelerating the car lost the ability to continue accelerating all at once which caused a jerking motion of the car causing me(the driver) to be thrown forward hitting my head on the steering wheel. it all happened very fast and the reduced engine power and traction control message appeared on the dash board and is still on the dash board. as i said it all happened very fast but i was able to brace myself slightly which is the only reason i was not seriously injured. this issue which now after speaking to my car mechanic and me seeing many other people having the same issue after doing some research online is a death sentence to someone. someone is going to die from the car losing the ability to accelerate all at once along with a jerking motion that makes you want to have a foot on the gas and a foot on the brake to be able to stop should the car take off on it own. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2008 chevrolet impala. the contact stated while traveling at any speed, the sensor illuminated for reduced power intermittently. the contact stated that the acceleration pedal had to be engaged as the speed reduced without warning. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer who reset the code and the failure recurred. the vehicle was further diagnosed by a dealer that the throttle body sensor needed to be replaced. the vehicle was scheduled to be repaired. the vin was not available. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 150,000.

2008 chevrolet impala. consumer writes in regards to vehicle key fob recall notice and seeks reimbursement for throttle body control unit. *smd the consumer stated on 2 separate occasions, a sensor went off and she lost engine power and the brakes. the mechanic replaced the throttle body control unit. *jb

Throttle disable light comes on and the engine shuts down, including steering. this has happened twice. the first time was january of 2014, speed was approximately 50 mph. we were able to steer the car into a neighborhood and after about 30-40 minutes, the engine started again. this happened again yesterday, in a much more dangerous situation. i was entering a highway with traffic travelling at and above posted speed of 70 mph. as i merged, the throttle disabled light flashed on and the engine immediately shut down. luckily i was able to steer the car onto the shoulder. i truly feel my life was in danger. the vehicle started after about 30 minutes of me sitting on the very busy shoulder of this highway. *tr

In june 2012 i had this problem error message read: "engine power reduced " as i was driving 55 mph on highway mph fell below to 40 i had to get off highway. i had this problem fixed so i thought it cost me about 360 dollars. same exact recurring problem same error message today 12/09/13. this is ridiculous gm has to know this is not safe. dealership will not repair again at their own expense. too much money for me to continue paying over n over again. they need to recall this car it's outrageous! can someone please help us?! *tr
