The plastic gear that runs the defroster broke and we can't see to drive the vehicle
Vehicle has service traction control/service stabilitrak light that pops up every time the car is started. there is also a misfire code in cylinder number 1 which causes the engine to shake violently when parked in idle or sometimes when stopped at a red light. there has been a handful of times when i have made a turn into an intersection which is usually routine, but when i step on the gas there is no response from the engine at all and it leads me to coast for a few seconds at speeds usually from 2-5 mph. the gas pedal can also be pushed in to the floor and the car will not increase in speed for at least 5 seconds. it is very scary when entering intersections after being stopped at a red light or when trying to leave a parking lot. i brought my car to a chevy dealer and they said they had no idea what was wrong with it. from there i brought it to a mechanic who ran tests, changed parts, and cleaned carbon from the engine for 2 weeks. after the 2 weeks there was still no clear explanation to why this is happening ...
The transmission of the car is not working properly. it jumps every time i press the gas pedal and jumps when the car is on the road.
Driving to work car overheated all antifreeze was gone.got a new hose put on still smelling antifreeze then pcv went out why haven't they did a recall on this dangerous car.trraveling nover bridge car started slowing down wouldn't pick up speed.each time stop it didn't want to go sputterin found out pcv is bad went to look up everyone is having the same problem and theres no recall why
I was unaware of my vehicles recall until 12/15/2019 when i've went to the tire multiple times and they advised me there is nothing in my tire. the sensor comes on daily and the pressure does not go above 10 and goes back forth from 0 . this is very dangerous
Sometimes my car turns off out of no where while im turning. says something about airbags on the screen and than turns off. when im at a red light the car wants to turn off. when im done putting gas and i turn it back on it takes a while to turn back on. it has been doing it before and it had stopped for a while but its starting again. almost caused me to get hit when it turned off while i was turning after a stop sign and about to go on the highway it turns on after i keep trying and says to open the drivers window after i turn it on from it turning off.
The oils is leaking is this vehicle .. and how it was explained is that the oil is also leaking into the turbo .. which is causing oil to basically be pushed out instead of air being brought in for the car to go the correct speed and the car is undriveable
Car overheated. messsage that a.c. shutting down because of high temp. hose in engine blew. mechanic could find nothing. took it back on road didn't get a mile away temp is back up to 235/240. back to mechanic nothing. safe to drive. i research see the problems with my year model etc. drive round trip of 20 miles ( not over 40 mph because of temp). anti freeze leaks from bottom. mechanic says it's a faulty sensor. while there may be a faulty sensor. . still leaking anti freeze. c ant get sensor due to strike issue. 48000 miles on this 2012 cruze. temp jumps from 180-235 for no reason. i won't take it on a highway anymore. i don't know what it will do.moon roof just stopped working for no reason. fuses fine.
