I have a 2005 chevrolet colorado 4x4 truck. i was getting over in left hand lane to avoid a truck and trailer that had stopped about 4 car lengths ahead of me when the front passenger tire snapped off the spindle and sent the truck down into the road. the hole tire snapped off and flew by the window taking the mirror and door handle with it. the tire was not flat and still had lugnuts fully locked on it when i picked it up off the other side of the road. my auto body guy said it looked like the metal , spindle, and axel just broke in half . *tr
