On Sunday September 7, the Minuteman Section of the Mercedes Benz Club of America will be hosting their 22nd running of Germanfest Car Show. Display your Mercedes-Benz on the lawn of Larz Anderson Autom Museum in Brookline Ma. Registration will open at 8:30 a.m. and will cost $20, which includes entrance into the museum for 2 individuals. All registration will take place on the day of the event. Judging will begin at 11:00 a.m. with “rags down” announced at that time indicating the stop of all cleaning of cars. Cars wishing to enter the field but not to be judged may register for “display only”; registration fee applies. No car will be entered for judging after 11:00 a.m but can be entered as “display only”.
It is always a great day! Unique handcrafted one-of-a-kind trophies are awarded. Refreshments available. More info call John Piekarczyk 508-943-5747.
Come and see daredevils Crash Moreau, Doug Danger, Lou “Rocket” Re, and Rocky Hardcore in the world movie premier of “Hell Drivers: America’s Original Crash Test Dummies” at the Woods Hole Film Festival. The spirit of the auto thrill show is alive!
Tri-State Mopar Club holds its All Mopar Car Show on Sunday, June 8, 2008 at Bogie’s, Rt. 7 in Great Barrington. MA from 9:00AM until 2:30 PM. Trophies, dash plaques, door prizes, refreshments available, plenty of free parking, free admission. Car entry fee still only $10. Call jerry at 860-248-1419 for more info.
