Driving my car at 65mph the whole car shut down i had no control of the vehicle. was barely able to power the steering wheel to the right and coast into a parking lot. where i was still not in a safe place because my brakes had no response as well. finally snatched up the ebrake and the car began to slow down. this is the second time this issue has occurred with me driving and i'm lucky to have my life after two horrific incidents like this. also i have no air bag so if i wouldn't of been so lucky to not hit anything head on i would of not even had a airbag deploy. i was told by bmw my car shut down because of the water pump but when this was replaced after a $950 bill my car still doesn't work and now i'm being told by bmw now it will be another $500 to figure it out. i have not been able to drive my car free of concern for more than 6 months. as much as this car has shut down or stalled on me i don't feel it's safe for anyone to drive a vehicle like this. got the car january 2015 and my warranty was used up within 1 year fixing the same parts repeatedly. no my car won't even start or run properly. this is after i go the water pump replaced like i was instructed by bmw. i didn't have enough to load that document but i have it available also.
Takata recall driver's front air bag: during air bag deployment in an accident, the driver's front air bag module may produce excessive internal pressure that could cause the inflator to rupture.
