Nhtsa recall 15v229000 dated 04/17/15 does not show up in audi system, however, volkswagen group of america, inc. has listed it for my audi a3. i am experiencing this defect as of january 9, 2018 with vin #[xxx]. i never received a recall notice. on occasion, the car will not start, or starts for a minute and shuts off with an inability to restart. after sitting for an hour or so it will start. i believe there may be a defect with the fuel pump as described in recall 15v229000. how do i get audi to accept the recall? i have already been stranded once and needed a tow to audi dealer who stated fuel pump was the issue, but vehicle has no recalls. i believe this to be in error and would like it resolved. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr
