Purchased car on july 31, 2006 and drove car directly home. overnight, parking brake failed and car crashed into tree & boat trailer damaging rear bumper and rear left panel (driver's side). subsequent follow-up revealed that brake would not hold as it should - video and other evidence including statement from auto repair professional supports claim. auto dealer (apple acura) and acura client services refused to honor warranty. auto did not meet pennsylvania inspection standards when sold. while auto was at dealer, and without authorization from us, brakes were adjusted/corrected prior to delivering vehicle back to us. auto was taken to an independent auto body shop for repair. *jb
