Navarre Beach’s 8th Annual Car Show is scheduled for Saturday, October 18th, 2008 at the Navarre High School. The Navarre Area Board of Realtors® and the Navarre High School are co-hosting the event, with proceeds benefiting various under funded student clubs and activities.
The Annual Car Show has grown to more than 40 categories of car and truck classes, with trophies for 1st and 2nd in each category. Specialty awards include Best Exterior, Best Interior, Student Trophy, Clunker Classic, as well as the coveted Best of Show and People’s Choice awards.
In addition to the car show, entrants and spectators will enjoy great food and music. The first 100 entrants will receive commemorative dash plaques and t-shirts. Cost is $25 to pre-register (includes t-shirt) and $30 Same Day Registration (t-shirt not guaranteed).

Sinbad Sports is proud to announce the ‘SPEEDJAM Car Show’ on Saturday, October 10, 2009 from 11AM-4 PM at the Homestead Miami Speedway. The SPEEDJAM Car Show is the one of the largest car shows to be scheduled at the track with judging in over 15 categories and over 50 trophies to be awarded. Rock N Ride Car Show & Concert will be the largest custom car, bike & truck show of the year in South Florida with professional judging in over 50 categories, big cash prizes and over 100 trophies to be awarded. Multiple classes mild & wild including stock, muscle, custom, lowrider, classics, tuners, exotics, theme cars, custom bikes, vintage bikes, one of a kind creations, hot rods and more!!!!! There will be an indoor Bike Pavillion and an indoor Exotic Car Showcase. The Matlacha Mariners are excited about this year’s “9th Annual Southwest Florida Seafood Festival and Car Show,” where everyone can get tickets for an opportunity to win a 2010 Harley-Davidson® Softail Deluxe.
Saturday, March 27th 2010, will showcase an excellent variety of Fresh Seafood, Live Music and more than 300 custom and classic cars for festival goers to enjoy. You say you don’t like seafood, don’t worry there will also be a variety of Landlubber specials for you to choose from.
At the German American Club you’ll find ample parking with plenty of tables near the band shell where you can relax and enjoy mouth watering seafood while listening to the area’s best live entertainment. This year’s event will feature music from, the Bombalaros, Soap Box, Deb and The Dynamics and the great 50’s/60’s doo wop sounds of Brylcream.
Sorry, No Coolers are allowed. This is a nonprofit fundraiser where the proceeds make their way back to the community. Each year the Matlacha Mariners contribute thousands of dollars to a variety of deserving organizations and support groups within the Greater Pine Island area.
The Mariners will have plenty of ice cold beverages on hand to wash it all down. You’ll also find a wide variety of Art and Craft vendors, 50/50 drawings plus live entertainment throughout the day. Did we mentioned a Harley-Davidson® motorcycle ? You won’t want to miss this opportunity to get your tickets for a chance to win this beautiful bike valued at over $17,000.00.
