The Torringford Volunteer FD 14th Annual Car Show will be taking place in Torrington, CT

Show Introduction:
TVFD Annual Car Show
The Torringford Volunteer Fire Department will be holding its Annual Car Show on Friday July 8th from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. The Car show will take place on Main Street in downtown Torrington and all are invited. Car registration is $10.00, motorcycle registration is $5.00 and the first 500 cars to register will receive a dash plaque and food vendors will be available.
11 trophies will be given out under separate categories such as: Best Paint Job, Best Ford, Best Chevy (GM Vehicle), Best Truck, 1st Runner-Up Motorcycle, Best Motorcycle, “Fourth Alarm” Award, “Through the Roof” Award, Captain’s Choice Award, Chief’s Choice Award and The Mayor’s Choice Award.
All proceeds go to Torringfords general fund to help offset the cost of firefighting equipment and maintenance.
Vehicle to be seen include
Any owner who is interested in showing their vehicle is more than welcome to join us for the event. From the Model-T to muscles cars and antique fire trucks we enjoy seeing all your pieces of work. Every year we average between 300 and 350 cars
